Duties:

• Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare motions.
• Manage discovery processes, including document review and depositions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.
• Prepare for and participate in trials and hearings.

Requirements:

• Class of 2016-2022 law school graduate.
• Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Experience in commercial litigation.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Admission to the California Bar or eligibility to practice in California.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California Bar membership (or eligibility to obtain admission).

Skills:

• Strong litigation and trial advocacy skills.
