A law firm seeks a Senior Attorney to join its Litigation Business Unit in Dallas, TX. Candidates in Houston and Beaumont are preferred, but those near other Texas offices will be considered. Applicants must have over 10 years of litigation experience and an active Texas Bar License.

Duties

• Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Prepare extensively for trials and manage courtroom responsibilities.
• Handle file responsibilities, motion practice, and significant hearings and depositions.
• Exhibit exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Maintain a detail-oriented and organized work ethic.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Active Texas Bar License.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Texas Bar License.
