Duties: The candidate will review and negotiate construction and commercial agreements; prepare and respond to redlines based on Company’s risk profile, contracts playbook standards, and project-specific risks. Analyze contract provisions and propose recommended action/treatment to internal stakeholders. Work with project teams to issue notices and provide project-related correspondence. Manage subcontract and purchase order agreements including requested deviations. Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually reporting as required by the supervisor. Perform other items as assigned.
