A law firm seeks a Florida-barred attorney for its West Palm Beach, FL office. The firm operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, representing mortgage lenders, banks, and financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, and REO matters.

Duties

• Manage and prioritize a large caseload.
• Draft and review pleadings for compliance with laws and regulations.
• Attend hearings and status conferences.
• Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
• Provide creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk.

Requirements

• Florida Bar admission required.
• Experience with title, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and/or mortgage banking preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctorate required.

Certifications

• Florida Bar certification required.

• Strong case management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent drafting and legal research abilities.
