Requirements

• Active license to practice law in California.
• 2+ years of experience in personal injury cases, focusing on high-valuation settlements.
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and medical treatment management.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record.
• Leadership experience in overseeing and mentoring a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex medical and legal documents.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
