This role involves advising fund sponsors globally on a variety of liquidity transactions.

Duties

• Advise on liquidity transactions, including continuation funds and recapitalizations.
• Handle traditional LP portfolio sales and fund-level preferred equity investments.
• Provide counsel on GP-level preferred equity investments and investments in firm sponsors.
• Collaborate with global teams to navigate complex regulatory environments.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in liquidity transactions and secondaries markets.
• Experience with fund operational matters is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
