Duties

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Handle cases in the areas of:

  • Medical malpractice

  • Professional liability

  • General liability

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

• Participate in depositions, court hearings, and case evaluations

• Maintain case files and communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

Requirements

• Experience in medical malpractice, professional liability, and general liability

• Strong legal research and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania

• Must include bar admission dates in application materials

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active Pennsylvania bar license

Skills

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Strong litigation strategy and case management capabilities

• Ability to work independently and within a team
