Duties:

• Handle a diverse caseload that spans multiple litigation matters, including disputes in federal and state courts.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and court proceedings.
• Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients on complex issues.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys for mentorship and guidance.
• Travel as needed for client meetings and court appearances, including out-of-state travel.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and skill-building activities.
• Foster relationships with clients and peers in the local legal community.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Proven ability to manage a broad caseload, handling various legal matters simultaneously.
• Strong communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Prior experience in both plaintiff and defense litigation is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in good standing with the state of Ohio.

Skills:
