Bethesda office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with experience. The candidate will join a family law firm. Will be managing assigned cases including drafting motions, conducting depositions and discovery, negotiating with opposing counsel, appearing in court, and supporting the principal on his caseload. Reporting on case progress and briefings on case status. Business development. A track record for courtroom success is required. Must have proficiency in conducting discovery and drafting letters to opposing counsel and courts. Maryland Bar membership is required, and DC or VA Bar membership is a plus. Must be proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel. Clio or other law practice management software is a plus.
