• Assist in preparing discovery responses and trial briefs.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active California State Bar membership.
• 2+ years of experience in motion practice, legal research, and writing.
• Strong written advocacy skills.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant law and civil procedure preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
