• Assist with mezzanine loans and commercial mortgage loan securitization and syndication.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate finance.
• Experience with regulated and non-regulated lenders.
• Exposure to mezzanine loans and loan securitization is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
