A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney to join its team in Miami, FL. This role is open to lawyers admitted to practice in Florida who are interested in working in a dynamic legal environment.

Duties

• Communicate effectively with partners, clients, and staff.
• Produce timely and accurate legal documents and correspondence.
• Analyze complex legal issues and apply legal principles.
• Meet deadlines and manage workload under pressure.
• Participate in meetings and telephonic conferences.
• Travel as required for client meetings and advocacy.
• Mentor junior lawyers and staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts.
• Experience in healthcare and/or ERISA matters is desired.
• Previous clerkship experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Florida
