Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, a prominent national law firm with over 700 attorneys in 29 cities, has an immediate opportunity available for an associate in our Tax, Benefits and Wealth Planning group in the Dayton, Ohio office. Applicants must have a minimum of two years of experience with counseling clients and assisting in estate planning and trust and estate administration. A background in contract drafting, business succession planning, sophisticated wealth transfer planning and/or federal income tax planning would be a plus. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Qualified candidates can look forward to a practice that will include sophisticated estate and wealth planning, business succession planning, fiduciary representation, and estate and trust administration, with significant client contact and a career opportunity to advance and succeed to a sophisticated estate and wealth planning practice.

All candidates should be licensed to practice in Ohio or eligible to waive in, have law firm experience, a strong academic background and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
