Duties

• Manage residential foreclosure cases from inception to resolution.
• Represent banks and lenders in bankruptcy proceedings.
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft necessary legal documents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Active membership in the New Mexico Bar.
• Proven track record in foreclosure and bankruptcy law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• New Mexico Bar certification.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
