The successful candidate will have over five years of experience in wage and hour litigation, defending employers in complex class, collective, and representative actions in state and federal courts throughout California.

Duties

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings and dispositive motions.
• Conduct and manage written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare and argue key motions, including class certification and decertification.
• Develop strategy in PAGA representative actions.
• Analyze wage and hour compliance issues.

Requirements

• Substantial experience with California Labor Code, PAGA, and FLSA claims.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Exceptional analytical and writing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Admission to the California Bar.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar.
