A law firm seeks a Fiduciary Litigation Associate with over three years of experience to join its expanding office in Pittsburgh, PA. The firm has a comprehensive Orphans' Court litigation practice, representing fiduciaries, executors, trustees, agents, guardians, and other stakeholders in resolving contested trusts, estates, guardianships, and related matters.

Duties

• Represent clients in Orphans' Court litigation and other contested proceedings.
• Collaborate with a statewide team of experienced litigators.
• Engage directly with clients to address their legal needs.
• Participate in courtroom proceedings to gain significant experience.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active licensure in PA.
• 3-6 years of fiduciary litigation experience.
• Knowledge of estate planning and administration is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• Active law license in Pennsylvania
