Duties

Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy.

Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts with precision and clarity.

Represent clients in court proceedings and during negotiations, effectively advocating for their interests.

Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases while managing assigned cases independently.

Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide informed legal advice to clients.

Assist in the litigation process by preparing for trials, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.

Maintain organized case files and documentation to ensure compliance with legal standards.

Experience

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw is highly desirable.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
