Duties

• Collaborate with experienced partners and senior attorneys.
• Handle all stages of litigation from case initiation through trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and discovery documents.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Perform in-depth legal research and provide strategic analysis.
• Manage multiple active litigation files and deadlines.
• Prepare for and support trial and appellate proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Georgia Bar or meets the Georgia Bar requirements for Admission on Motion without Examination.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in insurance coverage and civil litigation.
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced litigation environment.
• Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and critical thinking capabilities.
• A commitment to professional growth and development in civil trial practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
