A law firm seeks an experienced Criminal Defense Attorney to join its team in Tucson, AZ. This full-time, in-person role offers an opportunity for a motivated attorney to manage a diverse criminal caseload and represent clients through all phases of criminal proceedings.

Duties

• Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and case investigations.
• Develop and execute effective defense strategies.
• Negotiate plea agreements.
• Draft motions and other legal filings.
• Advise and communicate with clients throughout their cases.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of criminal defense experience.
• Strong trial advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to high ethical standards.
• Spanish (Bilingual).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) - Required.

Certifications

• Arizona State Bar license - Required.

Skills
