Duties

• Handle business litigation and represent financial institutions.
• Defend cases under the FCRA, FDCPA, and TCPA.
• Provide regulatory guidance and assist with government investigations.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience.
• Those with business litigation experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with commercial litigation and representation of financial institutions, experience defending cases under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and/or the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) is preferred.
• Licensed and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction.

Education

• Strong academic performance required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in California, New York, or Georgia preferred.

Skills

• Excellent writing ability.
• Experience with consumer finance and privacy laws.
