A law firm seeks an experienced Business Law Attorney in Lynn, MA. The ideal candidate will manage a client-focused practice involving business transactions, corporate law, commercial lease drafting and negotiation, real estate transactions, and liquor licensing.

Duties

• Advise and represent clients on business formation, transactions, and corporate governance matters.
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and asset purchase agreements.
• Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchase/sale agreements, closings, and title review.
• Assist clients with liquor license applications, renewals, and compliance.
• Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with firm attorneys and staff.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar.
• 3-5 years of experience in business/corporate law, real estate, or transactional practice.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar.
