A law firm seeks mid-level and senior Real Estate associates to join their team in Washington, D.C. Candidates should have experience in mortgage/mezzanine debt, joint-venture equity work, acquisitions and dispositions, or development. Those with non-real estate transactional backgrounds will also be considered.

Duties

• Handle complex real estate transactions.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate or related transactional work.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
