A law firm seeks a Senior Attorney Manager in Irving, TX. This role involves overseeing a team of trial attorneys and legal staff, focusing on personal injury litigation. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team, ensuring high-quality legal work and client-centered results.

Duties

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4-6 attorneys and support staff.
• Ensure thorough case development from intake through trial or resolution.
• Oversee client meetings, strategy discussions, and case evaluations.
• Draft and send demand letters; negotiate settlements.
• File lawsuits and manage litigation processes.
• Issue and respond to written discovery; review medical records.
• Conduct motion practice and court hearings.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions; prepare for trial or settlement.
• Supervise all assigned cases, ensuring timely task completion.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 personal injury jury trials preferred.
• Proven experience with Texas personal injury law.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Bar license required.
• Active Texas Bar license preferred.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar license required.
• Active Texas Bar license preferred.
