The candidate’s duties will include filing - opening and closing firm files, creation of new client files and maintaining current paper files. Electronic filing of documents. General document creation, management of files and form updating. General administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, calendar entry, assisting attorney as needed with all administrative duties and time sheet inputting, as needed. Reception desk coverage as needed. Should have strong organizational, communication and computer skills.
