Duties:

• Handle litigation matters, including attending hearings and managing legal proceedings related to creditors’ rights.
• Oversee legal staff and ensure collaboration on case management and litigation strategy.
• Conduct legal research, write articles, and provide regulatory updates on changes in the law.
• Take on leadership roles in legal consumer financial services, including bench-bar relations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and litigation strategies.
• Contribute to team efforts to ensure all cases meet deadlines and legal standards.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state of Oklahoma.
• At least 2 years of litigation experience is preferred, though not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work well with both clients and team members.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active law license in Oklahoma is required.
