The candidate must have 2-4 years of experience in the following areas:
General bankruptcy law and practice, including familiarity with law and procedure in Chapter 11. Finance aspects of a restructuring practice, including analysis of loan and perfection documents, out-of-court workouts, and debtor-in-possession financing. Litigation, including motions, objections, discovery, and court appearances in Chapter 11 cases, avoidance actions, and receiverships. Distressed transactions, including Section 363 sales, foreclosure sales, and advising on deal structures. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills, and the ability to manage client engagements.
