A law firm seeks a skilled and proactive Business Litigation Attorney to join its legal team in Boston, MA. The position involves advising a diverse range of commercial clients, including businesses, lenders, and financial institutions, on legal matters related to commerce and business law. Duties

• Provide strategic legal counsel to businesses, financial institutions, and lenders on a variety of commercial law matters.
• Represent clients in federal and state courts and before government agencies, as needed.
• Assist clients with collateral recovery and resolution of outstanding financial obligations.
• Draft, review, and argue motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Perform detailed legal research to support case strategies and client advisement.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative approaches to complex legal issues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure trust and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in business law, commercial litigation, or a similar legal field.
• Proven ability to handle cases in state and federal courts, as well as before regulatory agencies.
• Demonstrated client service experience with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic legal challenges.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Massachusetts, in good standing. (Licensure in additional states is a plus.)
