A law firm seeks a Trial Attorney in Wichita, KS. This role involves managing a high-volume caseload, engaging with clients, and advocating in trials. The attorney will be responsible for conducting key litigation activities and serving as lead counsel in jury trials.

Duties

• Manage approximately 150 cases, with around 50 in active litigation each month.
• Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients.
• Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, and lead mediations.
• Develop comprehensive case strategies and advocate in jury trials.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law; trial advocacy and/or moot court experience preferred.
• Active and in good standing with the local State Bar; multiple state bar admissions preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate case strategies and engage with clients and team members.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active State Bar membership.
