A law firm seeks an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for its El Paso, TX office. The ideal candidate will possess extensive litigation experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, and other insurance defense matters, and be adept at managing civil cases through trial.

Duties

• Draft motions, conduct depositions, and present oral arguments and hearings.
• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting.
• Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas; additional state licensure is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in insurance defense preferred.
• Experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, and other insurance defense matters required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Texas Bar license required.
