Duties

• Supervise and oversee paralegal and law clerk work.
• Review documents drafted by law clerks and paralegals.
• Ensure case deadlines are met and cases are prosecuted timely.
• Maintain client communication and provide case updates.
• Conduct focus groups and set case budgets.
• Draft and review complaints, motions, and other legal documents.
• Attend hearings, argue motions, and negotiate settlements.
• Prepare cases for trial and develop trial strategies.
• Participate in marketing events and develop referral relationships.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate Degree.
• 2-6 years of experience at a personal injury or insurance defense law firm.
• Experience with Microsoft and Adobe products.

Preferred Experience

• Prior mass torts or class action experience.
• Experience in complex civil litigation and ESI discovery.

Education

• Juris Doctorate Degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Nevada.
