A law firm in Houston is currently seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactional experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting and organizational skills, coupled with excellent academic achievements. The role requires prior experience in an Am Law 100 law firm, a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school, and State Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Duties:

• Engage in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactional activities.
• Utilize strong drafting skills for legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct legal research related to corporate transactions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address legal needs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Education:

Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Bar Admission:
