Junior Litigation Attorney (2-4 years of practice)

The candidate' should possess a strong academic record from a top law school; 2-4 years-experience in complex commercial litigation in matters including, but not limited to, trademark/copyright, trade secrets, antitrust, and class actions; federal or state supreme court clerkship (preferred); and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Success in this position requires a positive, energetic attitude and dedicated work ethic. In addition to the above credentials, we are looking for someone who has experience with and possesses the following qualities: Established research and writing capabilities; Drafted demand letters, motions, briefs, and other legal documents; Taken/defended depositions or prepared deposition outlines or witnesses Experienced in all phases of discovery.
