Duties

• Manage and prosecute class and representative actions in state and federal courts.
• Engage in discovery, motion practice, and oral advocacy.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys on complex litigation matters.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California or pending admission.
• 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Positive attitude and interest in joining a collegial team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of California.

Skills
