Reviewing income tax returns for charitable entities. Advising charitable organizations and charitable entities on all aspects of administration and governance. Advising individuals on charitable deductions and the structure of charitable gifts. Should have 6+ years of experience. Strong academic credentials with a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and an active member in good standing in Connecticut and/or New York or Florida Bar. Structuring and formation of charitable organizations, including public charities and private foundations.
