Duties

• Manage and direct case teams effectively.
• Prepare for and oversee trial proceedings.
• Conduct thorough legal analysis and draft high-quality legal documents.
• Handle tort liability litigation and defense of health and human service providers.
• Engage in general business legal matters.

Requirements

• Proven experience in litigation and case management.
• Proficiency in legal analysis and writing.
• Ability to manage trial preparation and lead a team.
• Experience in tort liability and defense of public entities preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
