The student with technical degree will assist in patent drafting, prosecution and litigation. Background in engineering, chemistry and biology will be preferred. Student with non-technical degree will assist in preparing and prosecuting trademark applications, trademark litigation and other matters. Will get opportunities to gain experience in many fields, including mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, bio-mechanical, chemical, bio-chemical and computer engineering and software, among many others.
