The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating, structuring, and documenting debt finance transactions, with a preference for experience representing private equity sponsors or lenders. Strong analytical and writing skills are essential, along with membership in the Florida Bar and a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Duties:

• Negotiate, structure, and document debt finance transactions.
• Represent private equity sponsors or lenders in leveraged buyouts and acquisition financing transactions.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients regarding debt finance matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to debt finance issues.
• Draft legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and opinions.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate debt finance.
• Familiarity with negotiating, structuring, and documenting debt finance transactions.
• Experience representing private equity sponsors or lenders preferred.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Previous experience in an Am Law 100 law firm.
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school (classes of 2019, 2020, or 2021).
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
