Duties

• Engage in pre-trial discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document review.
• Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions.
• Present cases effectively in court, including motions, trials, and appeals.
• Advise clients on potential legal risks and business decisions.
• Collaborate with legal team members and support staff to ensure seamless case management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends relevant to corporate litigation.

Requirements

• Active admission to the New York State Bar.
• 5-8 years of experience in corporate disputes and litigation.
• Proven track record of handling complex corporate litigation cases.

Education
