Duties:

- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
- Assist with case management and preparation for hearings, trials, and negotiations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Participate in meetings and strategy sessions with senior attorneys and clients.
- Stay updated on developments in bankruptcy law and related fields.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Delaware State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
- 1+ year of experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors' rights, and/or litigation matters preferred.
- Experience or interest in corporate bankruptcy and restructuring is highly desirable.
- Bankruptcy judicial clerkships are considered a significant advantage.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Admission to the Delaware State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
