Duties:

• Focus primarily on M&A transactions, with hands-on experience executing deals from start to finish.
• Draft substantive transactional documents and lead deal teams through the entire process.
• Provide legal advice and support on various corporate transactional matters.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and other professionals to ensure successful deal execution.
• Conduct due diligence, negotiate deals, and handle post-closing matters as needed.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of corporate transactional experience, with a focus on M&A transactions.
• Admission to the Bar in California.
• Strong academic background from a top-tier law school.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in California.
