• Provide legal advocacy at hearings and settlement conferences

• Conduct thorough legal research and develop case strategies

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and legal advice

• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case preparation and evidence gathering

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in workers’ compensation law

• Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively

• Strong commitment to legal ethics and client service

• Ability to work independently and within a team structure

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:
