• Facilitate cost-effective resolutions for clients.
• Litigate when necessary to secure client entitlements.
• Engage frequently with clients to support them through stressful situations.
• Meet billable hour requirements and manage accounts receivable.

Requirements

• 4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree required.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in high-stress situations.
• Active membership with the American Bar Association.
• Minimum of 2 years of family law experience required.
• Ability to handle difficult judges, clients, and opposing attorneys.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Desire to win and excel in trial settings.
