• Negotiate favorable settlements with insurance companies.
• Provide exceptional client service and keep clients informed about case progress.
• Handle special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois.
• In good standing with the Illinois Bar.
• Experience with personal injury claims, focusing on pre-litigation.
• Preferred experience with legal case management databases.

Education

• Juris Doctoral degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
