Duties

• Meet with clients in person and remotely.
• Handle immigration matters before USCIS, EOIR, and federal courts.
• Manage criminal cases in Michigan district and circuit courts.
• Research laws, draft filings, and develop case strategies.
• Communicate with clients in Arabic or Spanish.
• Coordinate cases across immigration, criminal, family, and business law.
• Appear in court as required.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients and team members.

Requirements

• License to practice law in Michigan.
• 2-5 years of legal experience.
• Fluency in Arabic or Spanish.
• Interest in immigration and criminal defense.
• Ability to manage a caseload and communicate effectively.
• Commitment to serving immigrant communities.
• Proficiency in technology and AI.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
