Location:

Duties:

• Prosecute patent applications for global technology companies
• Collaborate with clients and other professionals to support patent prosecution efforts
• Conduct case discussions and client consultations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in patent law and related technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in electrical/electronics engineering, computer science, physics, or a related field
• At least three years of patent prosecution experience at U.S. law firms, with a focus on electrical/electronics and mechanical-electrical technologies
• Experience with OLED flat panel displays, EV battery cells, AI-based systems, and home appliances preferred
• At least two years of USPTO examiner experience is a plus
• Strong technical writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Education:

• Bachelor of Science degree in electrical/electronics engineering, computer science, physics, or equivalent

Certifications:

• USPTO registration is required (preferably with examiner experience)
