Job Details:

• Open new files and make initial client contact, maintaining regular communication.
• Conduct a thorough investigation of each case, analyzing intake information and relevant documents. Enter information into the database.
• Verify insurance coverage and liability issues, maintaining contact with insurance companies.
• Manage client's medical care, schedule and calendar medical appointments, and explain procedures and documentation to clients.
• Continuously monitor case status, reviewing medical records and staying updated on developments.
• Organize and maintain case files, preparing them for submission to demand writers.
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
• Exhibit attention to detail and problem-solving skills in case management.
• Build strong interpersonal relationships with clients, field associates, and vendors.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ability to work on the phones for extended periods.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate a consistent record of attendance, reliability, and integrity.
• Basic knowledge of medical and insurance terminology is a plus.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of Worker's Compensation experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
