Job Overview: A law firm in Malvern, PA, is seeking a Mid-Level Finance Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience representing various financial entities in structuring, documenting, and closing financing transactions across multiple sectors. The ideal candidate will understand UCC Article 9 perfection provisions, mortgage/title insurance issues, and experience in loan workouts and restructurings.

Duties:

• Represent banks, commercial finance companies, private debt funds, and other lenders in structuring, documenting, and closing asset-based, real estate, healthcare, and general middle market financing transactions.
• Provide legal counsel on UCC Article 9 perfection provisions and mortgage/title insurance issues.
• Assist in loan workouts and restructurings as needed.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience practicing law, focusing on finance transactions.
• Admitted to practice as an attorney.
• Strong understanding of asset-based, real estate, and middle-market financing transactions.
• Experience working with banks, commercial finance companies, private debt funds, or similar financial entities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
