Duties:

• Provide legal representation in various cases, focusing on litigation
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Handle oral arguments and other advocacy tasks in court
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters
• Manage caseload efficiently, ensuring timely completion of assignments and deadlines

Requirements:

• Licensed Attorney in good standing with the state bar
• Litigation experience preferred, but not required
• Strong academic background and legal credentials
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and cases simultaneously
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar of Texas or another jurisdiction with reciprocal eligibility
