The candidate will be drafting and prosecuting US and foreign patent applications. Meeting with clients to discuss new patent disclosures and ongoing prosecution matters. Assisting with client portfolio management. Conducting technical research to support clients’ technology. Providing technical support for the practice. Should have 7+ years of experience. Must possess strong analytical skills and an ability to convey technical ideas concisely and effectively; embraces teamwork and works effectively with others; excellent writing skills, technical and otherwise; exhibits professional confidence and an ability to work independently; strong educational background in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, physics, or a comparable degree is required. Must be registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office. Previous law firm or in-house experience required.
