Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Columbia, SC, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina and possess a Juris Doctorate or better.

Job Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and arbitrations.
• Assist with case management and trial preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of South Carolina.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
